    This guest house is really nice, and the owners are incredibly kind and helpful! Although the location isn't the most convenient, I don't regret my choice to stay here.

    I had a great stay in this guest house during my entire visit to Tbilisi. The host is welcoming and classy, making sure our stay was enjoyable throughout. He owns several buildings and was always ready to help us move whenever needed. The rooms are spotless and newly furnished. I loved sipping tea or coffee while admiring the breathtaking views from the balcony. The price was unbeatable, and for our extended stay, we received a generous discount. I absolutely recommend this place and its owner, Levan.

    Every room comes with a balcony, and we loved the view of Tbilisi from ours. There are two bathrooms and a large kitchen. The host was incredibly friendly.
